Yes its still on apple care + via yearly subscription. Meaning you can choose to maintain that applecare status if u maintain the yearly subscription that can be transferred. Yes im also looking for 3.9k given condition, original box, eligible apple care renewal that is still good thru 2025 (meaning you can choose to extend it even more), and having 8tb of storage. This machine new cost around 7k one your mentioning was around 3.2k their will be obviously price differences in used market but if you disagree with listed price thats ok. There are several 2tb m1 max listed around 2k that may fit your needs.

No 16 inch M1 MAX cost 3.2k. 16 inch M1 MAX starts at 3.5k. The one I am mentioning only has 6Tb storage less than yours and everything else is same. I know apple charges a lot for 6tb extra storage but difference in original price is not more than 400-600$ so in used market that's like 200$ difference max. Anyways good luck with your sale.

Bud the 8tb upgrade is 2.2k option and has been for every refresh. the extra gpu cores were 300 upgrade the ram is another upgrade. Please I suggest to check your info before commenting as potential buyers are seeing very inaccurate information. Pricing can be checked at apple.com and i have receipt of original purchase on request.

I have checked the info not trying to argue with you. I am talking about same cores count everything same for 1391. Ram is also 64gb like this listing and 2tb is also upgrade. Apple sells base M1 max for 3500 with 512gb RAM. So no the one I am talking about for 1391 is not base version. It has RAM upgrades, core upgrades and storage upgrades. Only difference is it's only 2tb storage not 8tb. Anyways I suggest you check the recent sales and look for one sold for 1391 and read my comments clearly. I am trying to provide you with accurate information. The system is am talking about is over 6.2k configuration not 3.2k which was sold for 1391
