it says that it is an advanced model, but the advanced has a 2070, or 2080, not a gtx 1660 ti.

Yeah the other commenter is right. The Advanced didn't come in a GTX 1660 Ti design.
Also to add, the Advanced also has a different hinge design than the one pictured, you can see the display cable on the Advanced.
This is definitely the Razer Blade 15 Base!
