Hi Vassili Z. My employer provided me a similar laptop recently so I simply no longer need this one.

I probably wouldn't turn down a reasonable offer, but please note this is already the lowest price listing for this model and the other similar ones priced higher have less storage. So I think this is already priced fairly.

Understood and thanks for the clarification/consideration. Regarding the price, don't think I would have even asked about it if there was just a bit of warranty left so I could add AC+ (got burnt previously where my M1 Pro logic board died just out of warranty and was more expensive to fix then the value of the device). Also forgot one more question, what's the GPU core count on it? Thanks again.

Hello, are you interested in the $1700, since I have to pay other taxes and shipping to Ecuador is around $200.

Itamar: I added a better photo of the keyboard. The battery capacity is at 100% as shown in one of the attached screenshots. (Since I already factory reset the device for sale, I'm not eager to log back in, go through device setup, get the cycle count, factory reset again, etc.)

Boris: As noted in the listing, I will cover shipping costs, but unfortunately I'm unable to ship outside of the US.

Andrew: Thanks for the offer but I think we're pretty far apart. $1200 seems more in line with the 14" models with a lot less RAM.

There are no issues with the keyboard; it works perfectly.

I’ve already dropped the price twice, and this is still the lowest-priced 16" M2 Max on the site. In the $1700 range, you’ll generally find M2 Pro models with only 16 GB RAM.

With 64 GB, this M2 Max is equipped for demanding tasks—heavy multi-tasking, virtualization, video editing, 3D rendering, and running local AI/LLM models—all things that lesser models simply can’t handle as smoothly.

I believe this is priced fairly and plan to keep it here for now. Thanks for your interest.

Itamar: as mentioned in the listing and per Swappa's policy, I will pay for standard (ground) shipping with tracking & insurance to a buyer in the United States.

OK, there is no problem -the only thing that I wanted to verify with you is if you can ship it to New York immediately so I will be able to get that by Saturday since I'm not familiar with the shipping time in the US or the terms in the standard ground shipping.
I'm sorry if you felt I was hustling you or something like this.

If I drop this off at UPS tomorrow, my estimate is that it would not make it to the NY area until next week, probably Wednesday (I shipped something today to MA and the estimate was next Tuesday Nov 5). UPS does not provide guarantees on ground shipping and so neither can I.

To be honest it's a little concerning the destination has switched from Edmonton, Canada to New York, US. Given the high value of the item, I would need the address provided to be a PayPal "Confirmed Address" when checking out. I should also note UPS will require a signature on delivery given the insured value.
