Is it working condition?
Yes it's in working condition.
Does this have sim card slot? can you use it as hot spot? If it has sim card slot is it sim locked?
it has a sim card slot ots not blocked and d depending on your service provider I'm sure yiu can use it as a Hotspot. Truth be told I never found a need to use it as a Hotspot, sp i don't really know.
I am asking because i have T-Mobile sim card and i want to use it for hot spot. So i would like to know if it would work on T-Mobile because My samsung galaxy s4 is dying. So it would be used for that and any app and games it can run.
If you can check that it works on mobile i will buy it immediately
