Hi are you able to unlock the phone before purchase?
For unlock, it needs to be with tmobile and their policy.
I had previously bought an IPhone from you and I contacted TMobile and they said the original account owner needs to request the unlock
This is a new device it's not on any account, but tmobile are the only ones ho can unlock it
The tmobile policy is that the device have to be active on the account and in a good standing account, I have a S24Plus and they make me wait almost 4 months to unlock it, the other method it's by paying the for the unlock, but if you have tmobile it's better to ask them to unlock it !!!
