Hi Mary, yes the condition of the phone is mint as per all the photos and angles, it is unlocked meaning it can be used on any network and isn’t bound to just one of them, it was in a case that covered the glass, but we kept that case and it’s being shipped in this otterbox phone case now. You can definitely apply a glass cover if you like. Welcome and happy to help (still a Jersey girl here lol)
