Warranty Terms & Conditions
This product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects affecting normal functionality.
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Issues caused by heavy usage (e.g., battery degradation over time)
• Physical damage (e.g., heavy scratches, cracks, dents, or damage from accidental drops)
• Water damage (e.g., moisture exposure or submersion in water)
• Any unauthorized repairs or tampering by third parties — this will void the warranty.
Even if the device is IP-rated, it is water-resistant, not waterproof. Any sign of water damage voids the warranty.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our service center.
Warranty claims require prior approval. Please contact our Customer Service team with your IMEI/serial Number of purchase for verification.
Upon arrival at our service center, the device will be verified (IMEI must match, and the unit must show no damage).
Out-of-warranty repairs may be available for an additional fee (cost of parts + labor).

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
