No, the shipping address is of a family member were i arrive when i go to ny. but 4 days ago i bought on swappa a watch and all good with the payment and shipping address.

Hi, US shipping address (OK) and use a US-based payment source (PAYPAL).
If an international payment source is used, the buyer is responsible for paying the international PayPal fee back to the seller before the device is shipped. (PAYPAL is an international Payment Source linked to my credit card but if there us a fee ok)
Sellers are not responsible for differences in currency exchange rates. (USD Credit Card).
So, seller must approve before buying?

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. I am not sure, I can check with paypal, but I have never had this issue, before and I use my PAYPAL frequently in General.

I think the address has to be confirmed - If I allow it to a none Confirmed address, -I might not be protected, But let me check on- This Package would require a Signature, Becaue of the price.
