Excellent Condition, kept in case since new, screen protector since new. Very minor blemish (hardly noticeable) on back glass near camera. Very minor blemishes near charge port (barely noticeable, functions properly). A few minor blemishes on the side rails but barely noticeable.

It is in great shape, and I've kept it in a case w/ a screen protector for the life of the phone. I am the original owner.
