If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be shipped out the same day
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will go out first thing Monday
Your tracking number will be uploaded to Swappa immediately upon shipment

Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $750. This is done to protect your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policies- Eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection , so you get what you paid for
- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
**Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal

Can you send some more picture of picture 7 where it shows there is some crack?
There is no crack anywhere on the ipad. There is one very small dent on the corner in that photo, and that is the best photo we could take of it..That very small dent is the only wear on the unit..thanks

Sir if you’re going to continually keep asking for more photos of a tiny dent in the corner, which we have already told you we have photographed to best we can, we don’t feel this is the ipad for you. Please refine your search on Swappa to include only “Mint” condition items that show no wear, as that would likely be more suited to you. Best of luck and have a wonderful day. Thank you
