Camera Lens: Minor scratch on one lens. Photo quality is generally fine except at 3x zoom, where small black dots appears on images. See attached photos and videos for reference. The dots do not appear if you manually zoom in only if you click zoom button.
Screen: Small scratch on the bottom left corner. It’s visible but doesn’t affect screen usability. The screen is intact and fully functional with no cracks.
Camera Issue: Displays ‘unknown part’ for the camera, though it hasn’t been replaced. This seems to be a common issue for Apple devices (confirmable via Google). The camera works well apart from the lens and zoom issues.
Performance: No other significant issues with the phone’s performance, including battery life, touchscreen responsiveness, and speed.
Troubleshooting: No troubleshooting steps have been attempted for the camera or screen issues.
