The price is firm - this is a great deal. I buy a new phone each year, take excellent care of it, and sell here.

If you read my reviews, you will see that others think so as well. E.g. "The phone is just as good as new, even better than described" (from last year).

I just want to verify, this is the completely unlocked model? As in bought from Apple as an unlocked phone? I use US mobile, and the "unlocked" phones that are purchased at verizon struggle with some aspects of messaging on this phone service.

It was purchased through a Verizon Business account that has since been closed. There is no lock on the device - it says “No SIM Restrictions” in the Carrier Lock field on the about screen.
Regardless, please use your judgement.
