Damage Description

Only a few very minor scuffs; I would rate this very close to mint. There is a small bend in the corner of the box; it is visible in photographs.

iPad Pro 3rd Gen (M1) 512GB includes original packaging

I've had this iPad for a couple of years, but I've used it very little (at most 10-20 hours or so). I'm just not a tablet person, I found out.

Hi. Are there any scratches on the screen ? What’s the battery health ! Thanks.

- Sep 12, 2024 - 01:47 PM

I think the screen is pretty spotless, but I assume with anything that's been handled, you could probably find some superficial abrasions if you break out the magnifying glass.

As far as the battery health, I can create a profile and log into the iPad later and see if I can get some hard data (I wiped it to post here on Swappa). Anecdotally, I really have only used the iPad a handful of times; otherwise, it sat in my closet. But I'll try to get something more concrete when I have time to go through that process. Thanks for your interest!

I added a photo I took of the analytics data on the iPad. These figures come from data in that image.

According to this article -- https://www.tomsguide.com/how-to/how-to-check-your-ipads-battery-health -- the pertinent pieces of information are the MaximumFCC (8060) and the NominalChargeCapacity (8093).

The MaximumFCC represents the battery capacity when the iPad was new, while the NominalChargeCapacity represents the current capacity. So, the article suggests dividing them, and that number is... greater than 100%. I could be doing things wrong, or the battery could be in top notch shape. But I left the data if you want to look into it for yourself.

Would you consider $450? Thanks.

I feel pretty comfortable with my pricing, but I appreciate the offer.

- Sep 13, 2024 - 11:47 PM

I understand. Thank you for the reply though.

Sep 16, 2024 - 10:59 AM

Hi, could you take $485? Thanks

- Sep 16, 2024 - 11:35 AM

I could take $485 as my "ask price": on Swappa, as I understand it (I'm explaining it because I'm new, and maybe you, and maybe if you're not, and I've got something wrong, you can correct me), fees are split between buyer and seller, so the listing price would include these fees (for reference the current "ask price" is set to $500, to give you some idea of what your final price would be).

Is that acceptable? If you respond affirmatively, I'll lower the price.
