Does it have sim card slot to become wifi hotspot if yes is it sim locked?
Yes SIM card, not sure how to unlock or check
You can try using IMEI on Tmobile website to check if it works on tmobile .Usualy i do that or go to Settings > General > About. If you see "SIM locked" beside "Network Lock" or "Carrier Lock," your phone is locked. Im intrested as i need good hotspot device
