Can you give me any discount, the other one ran into a white screen with circle please that’s the last one I bought from you was trying to re install is because it wasn’t taking to Microsoft word installation 2019
I even bought a installation hard drive with Catalina from Amazon which I got today still white screen

A fresh MacOS was installed before shipping out. It's fully functional. We aren't responsible for customers' wrongful operations that cause system failure.
"White screen with circle" means the MacOS system has been damaged. Try turn off MacBook, the turn on and hold down "shift+option+command+R" to booting into Internet recovery mode and reinstall the OS. Or go to apple store to request Macso reinstall.

I try installing from online its runs into more component needed something like that, also I know your not responsible, I was just asking I have tried everything, also, somthing was wrong before it just would not take office install I don’t know why and the version 2019 is compatible but I’m going to try somthing else

If you see only white screen and a circle sign with backslash, you can only boot into Internet recovery mode to reinstall MacOS.
@Andre F: try to install MacOS High Sierra on the 2012 MBA, it should work for you.
