it's unlocked. Can be used on any carrier. T-Mobile, metro pcs, Verizon, not sure about ATT cause of network capability. You may want to check with ATT for that.

All north American models of the tab s9+, just like the north American sm-n986u galaxy note 20 ultra are able to be used on any north American network, e.g. Verizon, att, etc. The only difference is carrier firmware. For example, there is verizon carrier firmware on the tab sm-x818u which is the tab s9+ and the sm-n986u note 20 ultra. I think when you put in an att Sim card or even make a downloaded esim from att the primary Sim on the device for example on a device that has verizon carrier firmware, then the device will try to download the other carriers firmware. Do you get any glitches when you are using the touchscreen sometimes? Like it registering touches or even multiple touches when they aren't there?

Not when I used it, But I did not noticed any issues. I even registered my two thumb prints. Granted the Tablet is very new less than a month old. Got it for free when I bought a few s24 ultra's in a bulk deal.
