Damage Description
Several noticeable small scratches across the screen. There is now a glass screen protector on it. The speakers are loud but can have a echo type effect to them, especially when turned up to max (both speakers do work though) The phone is a warranty replacement from Apple that is why the battery is 99%. The price has been lowered due to the scratches and speaker issues.

Several noticeable small scratches across the screen from normal use without a screen protector.There is now a glass screen protector on it. The speakers are loud but can have a echo type effect to them, especially when turned up to max (both speakers do work though). The price has been lowered due to the scratches and speaker issues. Sides and back have little to no scratches, in great shape. Everything else works fine functionally.

Hello, does the echo issue present when taking calls as well?
Phone calls sound just fine on the regular earpiece and also on speakerphone. It seems while watching videos/YouTube it can sometimes have a little muffled effect when raising to max volume. It's not awful just you can tell its a little tiny bit off. I guess I shouldn't say echoed more a tiny muffled at max volume
