Listing says locked to T-Mobile, but since release was in 2020, and LG left the phone business in July 2021, phone should be carrier unlocked???

If you go to Settings, then (1) Network & Internet, then (2) Mobile Networks, then (3) Network Unlock... Phone will show unlock status. Thank You
