Is the unit a Geek Squad Certified customer return? The packaging has the "return tape" on it. If so, what was the condition from Best Buy?
Yes. “Like new”. I’ve maybe put 5 more hours on it since.
Would you take $400?
400 is a little lower than I’d like with the case. But lowered the price.
Would you be able to provide a copy of the order receipt from Best Buy to the buyer in the event a warranty claim is needed? These devices are notorious with SD Card issues so a bit nervous buying second hand and not having any protection

I wrote it was “like new” condition from Beat Buy but based on your question just now I looked at the online order and it’s “Open Box Excellent”. I believe that’s the best condition but wanted to be clear about that. Secondly, I can print a copy of the online order and include that if that would suffice. If you’re looking for something different, just ask.
