We guarantee a 30-day warranty on defective products. If you receive a product with physical damage, please alert us within 24 hours of its arrival. This prompt notification is crucial for us to correlate with our insurance provider.

Please be aware that any damages caused by the user fall outside our warranty coverage. However, we provide repair or replacement services at a discounted rate for such situations.

Beyond the initial 30-day period, we continue to support our customers through repair or replacement services.

If the item you receive does not match its description or your expectations, we offer an exchange option. This policy is valid for 30 days following the purchase date.

You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item has not been damaged by the user.

For returns of defective items, we supply prepaid return labels to facilitate the process.

A cancellation fee of 4.5% applies to cover non-refundable charges by payment processors like PayPal.

A restocking fee of 15% is applicable to returns of non-defective items or for cases of buyer’s remorse.

We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days following the return of a device.
