- Device may be IP rated but it is simply water resistant and NOT WATERPROFF. Warranty does not apply for ANY sign if water damage.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping TO & FROM our service location
- Please get approval by contacting Customer Service by including your order ID and date of purchase for verification purposes
- We will verify the device once it arrives at our service center. (IMEI must match and no damages)
