It will only work with T-Mobile based carriers to my understanding. I at least tested with Mint and T-Mobile and it works with them. Any other carriers I'm not sure if it would work certainly not ATT and Verizon based ones

Yes there's nothing that implies any carrier lock when I look in the settings. I also uploaded a pic of the back of the box if that helps that it came in. This phone is carrier unlocked as far as I can tell. Has no carrier boot logo etc. So to me it should be unlocked.
