Is this phone unlocked?
I don't believe so - if that requires something special, I have not done it. I purchased it from a store and it was used with Cricket mobile. No other changes to the phone.
Can you check the settings it’s show “no sim restrictions “ or “sim locked “ ?
Unfortunately the phone was reset and I'm unable to get to this setting.
If possible, please set up your phone and let me know the status would be appreciated
