Any chance you can post more pics? Curious about the overall condition because your comments say like new but the condition is listed as good.

As for the condition listed, the only two other options are:
New - Unopened retail packaging (factory sealed)
Mint - Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear
I chose Good - Excellent condition, minor wear and tear

Ha ha! I hear you, $300 is reasonable for sure. Had to ask though because there are good condition consoles that have gone for less in the last 30 days.
