Phone only, no box or charger. This device is in fair condition. Was originally purchased internationally, hence it has the SIM card tray that is not found on US models. Works fine on all US carriers, has been used on both Verizon & AT&T. No prior repairs done. Using a case & glass protector covers a majority of the signs of wear. Thanks for your interest
