I checked and yes, the Apple Care on the MBP is for the computer, not for the user.

I logged on to my wifi, it activated itself, rebooted and I was able to set up. I'll factory reset the computer before I ship it out.
The cycle count is 40.

Does the Keyboard have a discoloration/staining? Is it removable stain? Just seeing it from the last few pictures

Also pictures 4-7, hope they are dust patches and can be wiped and removed, please let me know, seeing some discoloration on the left speaker also, just wanted to clarify

It might have. The person who used it typed on this keyboard for ~1 year. You might be able to polish it, I don't know. It's still perfectly fine, plus the computer has Apple Care.

Those should be dust patches. I took a video to give you a better you, it should be posted after reviewed.
