Well, Laurence I'm new to this platform also! 🤪 So, I think you are supposed to hit the "Buy Now" button to start the process, and it must have a way for you to make an offer. Do you have a help button on your end?

There are two options if a lower price is agreed upon.

1) You may lower the listing price via the Edit Listing option.

2) You can inform the potential buyer that you will agree to refund the difference if the item is purchased at the current listed price.

The 2nd option is handy if there is a time discrepancy between the two users and the potential buyer is not around at the time of the price change. As we are a first come first serve marketplace, lowering the price could mean that another buyer that was not involved in the discussions will purchase.
