I am watching some bids on "another site" to see how high they go. At this time I am trying to stay around $40 as the max for the purposes of this phone.

Ohh, I can do that. Not in a huge rush to get it. If you adjust price to $50 I can buy now and wait until you have your new one to ship. Just to confirm the only issue is the scratch on the screen but it doesn't affect the touch usage right?

Oh hell no the touch works greatly my hands are kinda small so it causes accidental touch but that's my personal issue but yes sir the phone works it's unlocked 64 gigs the iPhone xs I recently sold I was waiting for the exact phone I'm selling now and sent it out in 3 days so if you're okay with that then by all means I can differently do that I'll give you updates on when I get the other phone and reset this current one and ship it asap!
