I bought this phone brand new from the apple store. It has had a case and a screen protector on it since the day I bought it. There are no marks on the screen at all. The screen protector is still installed and has some incredibly light and tiny marks on it. But they are very hard to see unless you look close. The body of the device is perfect as well except around the charging port there are a few small marks. But they are also very hard to see. The phone will come with the original box as well as 3 cases, a nice long braided charging cable, and an extra tempered glass screen protector.
