Hello! It is unlocked now. I already finished payment last month and xfinity said it will automatically unlock after payment finished.

Can you post a picture showing the device has no sim restrictions? Thanks

I appreciate the update. I had a similar occurrence when buying a Xfinity phone on swappa earlier this month. The seller was very well intended and relied on the customer service rep at Xfinity, Unfortunaelty, they are known for taking forever for unlocking ther devices. As a result I had to return the device to the seller for a refund. If you can, take a photo of the sim lock status. You would go to Settings>General>About and then scroll down until you see SimLock. You would add the picture just like you did the others on your listing

Were you able to see what was next to the SimLock status in Settings?

I just updated the picture and it completely unlocked.
