I'm potentially interested in the thinkphone you have here. I recently had a moto phone and ran into a bug that is widespread with Android Auto. Its pretty simple. The phone only works with Android Auto if you first unlock the screen. Its a moto problem. As this phone is running moto software, I assume it has the same issue.

I am wondering if you could confirm this or not?

Hi, sorry I never use Android Auto so I cannot confirm if this does the same thing. I reset the phone to factory a few days ago
