The phone is locked to Verizon. I have tried another SIM card and it did not work.
Good evening I hate to bother you again but can you check one more place to see if it is unlocked?? If you go to setting and tap on General then at the top tap on About and if you scroll up to where you can see carrier lock it will say Sim Locked or No Sim Restrictions.
