What is the battery % at?
Before I erased all the data, I did my usual charge to 92%. Now I turned it on to check the %, and it is showing ---.
Following in regard to the battery health…
Hi Deanne, The battery health is showing ---. I was charging it every other day. I'm not a heavy user because I still have a landline phone.
I re-activated the phone, charged it to 100%, and added extra photos to show the battery health and percentage.
The next day at the same time the battery was at 91%, and the second day it was at 79%.
Hi Connie, I read your post above but I am not sure I understand the photos of the battery life. It’s saying battery health is significantly degraded and then it says “service”. Is this because the phone is no longer associated with a network? Thanks!
Hi Bianca, I'm not an expert, but probably when the phone gets below a certain percentage for "maximum capacity", the message pops up. It hasn't been connected to a carrier since I checked the battery information. The phone works great, and as I mentioned above, the battery is still doing well.
