Returns & Refunds
Return Policies- Eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection , so you get what you paid for
- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal

This is for a Pro? One of the images had a screen shot showing Macbook Air. Also, do you have any higher resolution images of this particular laptop?
We’re not sure what you mean, all the pictures here are for this laptop which is a Macbook pro 15”..None of the photos are of an Air macbook..These are the best photos we have and they are very clear..This macbook is near Mint condition, and shows very minor wear at all.
