Hi Rebecca, I've owned this since September 11th and it doesn't have any scratches or dents because it's always been in a case with a screen protector. The battery and cord is included. I liked it so much that I bought the OnePlus 12 and while I love the 12 it's noticably heavier than the 11. I'll post more pictures now.

No, I'm selling everything together. This is a 6 month old phone, great condition with box, screen protector installed with brand new screen protectors, bud w/case, clear phone case. 485 is a great deal.
