I thought this item was already sold
It was sold, however the buyer then asked to change the delivery address and then never responded, so the sale was voided.
So when that happens Does the buyer get back their money?
Yes, I sent a refund
They can purchase again but the address needs to be correct in PayPal and on Swappa here
So do you normally hold dialogue with your buyer while item is being shipped?
Robert, you’ll have to speak with the buyer. I asked for the full address on the 2nd and she never replied so Swappa relisted and I refunded.
