Is this still sealed with a sticker? ..and was just left in a drawer? I see you have two from different carriers.

I'm concerned the battery may be so low by now it won't charge. I'm guessing that issue is covered by PayPal?
No worries. Note 4’s battery is detached. You won’t see the problem. And PayPal would cover if that’s the concern
