Ok, so if your listing still shows a price of $515 and we have agreed to sell it at $425, inclusive if tax, how do I make the purchase at that price. If I click on "Buy Now", it comes up with an amount of the $515 + $42.49 in tax and that is thr amount it wants me to pay.

How do we arrive at the $425 amount go be paid? Do you have to modify your listing in order for me to pay that total amount? Please let me know. Thank you, Rebecca

Rebecca I cannot see the Tax part you are paying. I can see the Buyers fees and sellers fees and Paypal fees.

You have modified the price to $454, then when I click on buy now, it adds $37 in tax. So you would have to modify the price to be at $393, which would then add $32.42 in tax (8.25%) and that would bring my total up to $425.42 when I hit the But Now button.

Hello Swappa, the question here is not about the IMEI showing, which you can remove nonetheless. The question here is that the seller is not able to see the total price that the buyer would pay because the seller does not see the taxes charged to the buyer.

WE are trying to get to a point where the buyer pays a total of $425, inclusive of tax and shipping, since that is what both parties have agreed to. The seller doesn't know how to achieve that total to the buyer, inclusive of the tax. I have suggested that he has to lower his price to be $393, which would then add the tax of .0825, or $32.42, which would come to the total of $425.42 as the amount the buyer would pay using the BUY NOW button. I am not sure if the seller is confident that this would be the only way to achieve this, so it would be good if a Swappa representative were to explain to him the correct way to achieve this.
