what provider where you using it for? and does the google play store work without any issues?
Google Play store works perfectly fine on this phone and I was using it on T-Mobile. Remember this phone is unlocked so it's not going to work with Verizon
I should add the is GSM phone it will not work networks like verizon. But any GSM network should be fine
