Applecare...I have it through best buy on my total tech membership...which is a subscription service. You would need to check on how to establish applecare under your name. Yes it comes with original box. No, I have no plans to drop the price at this time.

Good catch ...I needed to re-pair as in pair back to an iPhone to even get to the settings to check battery health. I didnt have to repair (as in fix) anything.

Oh, third picture of the watch face with fluorescent light reflection… Something on the screen in the lower right corner… Is that just a reflection or are there any flaws to the screen or anywhere on the watch body? Thanks.

Watch band is authentic...that artifact you are seeing is what was on the screen from the os (it was turned on and sitting at a waiting to pair with phone screen). There is no damage to this watch screen....or the bezels that I can see. It is listed in good condition with normal wear and tear...so if you find some micro scratch in some place I didn't notice then that is just part of the deal.
