Damage Description

A few scuffs from a warranty repair a few months after getting the laptop for a defective hinge. They seemed to have scratched near the hinges a little. See pics

Specs are on one of the pics. I upgraded the ram in the device to 16gb (see pic). Comes with original box, charger, original ram sticks and hard case.

Bought from Best Buy last year in march and barely used it. Was anticipating needing it for homework and class but ended up not taking classes.

Device is barely used and has little signs of wear. The device has a matte screen protector on it to protect the touchscreen. I also have a hard case for it that can be included free as well. Probably only been charged I would guess like less than 30 times as I rarely used it.

Only signs of wear are along where the hinges are on the inside of the spine because it had a warranty fix not too long ago for the hinge and came back with a few little scratches (see pics).
I didn’t notice them until a month or two after the repair.

Hi Ramon, I have added a pic of the specs. It does currently have an upgraded 16gb ram instead of the 8 that came with it. Original ram included as well
