Only if your serious about buying it. Also, each model is region specific so if you plan on travelling abroad the watch will still work as a GPS or HRM but cellular feature might not be supported if you use it outside its designated region. Just letting you know this because I don't want you to buy something and then change your mind end up returning it.

According to the map, Brazil is in South America region, it also depends on what features you want to get out of the watch? If you're looking to use it as a GPS, HRM, there is probably more that I'm not aware of but I'm not going to list all of them because it won't fit in this comment. Then, this watch would work just fine for that. If you want to use it as a cellphone, then that depends on which model and which region/country the watch is optimized for. I'm assuming that you have Wi-Fi available in your country so it might be possible to make calls and browse the internet by connecting the watch to a Wi-Fi through the watch app setting. I've seen videos of people online that were able to do this. I haven't tested it myself because I never open the box. To summarize, if your only interested in the features that the watch already has and you don't need to use it as a phone, then you can use it anywhere.
