I’m not familiar with how to do that. This is a Verizon phone.

You just need to call you carrier and request to unlock the phone

One more thing, is it paid off?

This phone came out 5 years ago. It’s been paid off. Unfortunately, I don’t have the capacity to call the carrier to request the unlock. I think I’d prefer to leave it listed for a Verizon user to be interested. I appreciate your interest though.
