I understand what you are saying however, Visible site states to always check IMEI to be certain. If you wouldn't offer a refund for this scenario, that is fine. That is why I asked first.

Once you purchase the item, you will be given the imei to check on visible website if the phone is compatible.

If phone wasn’t compatible, Swappa wouldn’t put it up as being compatible with visible network
