Can you do 2100?

On the picture with the screen off I noticed some smudges on the screen. I just want to make sure there are no kind of scratches on the screen and it can be cleaned with the right cloth and the screen looks perfect. I'm ready to give you asking price but I would like a response as soon as you can. I will purchase immediately after. Thanks

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
