Would you accept an offer of 300 dollars?
For a sale of $361, I only get $300 after all the fees. For $300, I think I'll only get around $250.

Does this include media or other way to install the original 10.12 macOS?
I don't think those installer CDs (media) comes with any of the newer macbooks. The macbook is able to be updated easily to the newest available MacOS.
Are you interested? I'll be able to ship it out tomorrow if so.
I need to be able to run 10.12 for some older software. Is that was installs from the Recovery?
