Wanting to sell my old 16" M1 MacBook Pro since I upgraded to the 16" M3. Great condition, rarely used on battery, only plugged in. It has sat in my office 99% of the time since I bought it new. It has only 36 cycles and 100% battery health.

Also, when you say that it was rarely used on battery, do you mean that it was left plugged in for long periods of time?
