Is this carrier locked to T-Mobile? Is it paid off?
@Bodin P. I am the second owner. I contacted T-Mobile. It is locked to T-Mobile as the listing states. They will not Unlock it and they gave me this:
ErrorCode 5: The device is locked because it is a prepaid device that has not been active for at least 12 months.
Could it be for $250?
