Hi. To be clear you could not use the phone because the service was not compatible? You mentioned the sim. I need to buy service? Is there a screen protector on it?
With Xfinity, everything worked fine except voicemail. I am sure everything would have worked with Verizon. It came with a new 5G SIM installed in the phone, I did not activate it because I used my Xfinity SIM. There is no screen protector, I took the phone out of the box, tried it with Xfinity, then put it back in the box when the voicemail would not work.
