Hello, I see the box says it was a certified renewed device. How old or how long ago did you purchase it? Also when you turn it on does it show the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra screen? Just wanting to make sure it's factory unlocked and not just an unlocked t-mobile or other carrier. Thanks
Hi jtracker, I purchased it directly from Samsung as a certified renewed device on October 24th, 2022. When it's powering up it just shows the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 screen, no carriers are displayed. Thanks for the questions. :-)

Nope, I never installed a screen protector.

I can take it to the post office yet today and send it using the fastest shipping they have available. I don't know what it costs or how to modify the price in swappa to include it however.
